I contributed to the development of the festival's concepts and the operational management of the events.
Each edition required me to manage the administrative aspects, including obtaining permits for public venues (Unisa campus) and drafting security plans. I also handled general logistics (coordinating print suppliers, managing bar area staff, renting audio/lighting equipment, etc.), as well as managing the related budgeting and financial reporting.

Macass AAPS

I conceived and developed concepts for various event formats (workshops, art exhibitions, concerts, roundtables, screenings, meetings, etc.) for various editions of the MAC Fest and the collateral events promoted by Macass APS.
I was responsible for managing various organizational aspects before and during the event, including:
- Venue Management: scouting, administrative requests and requirements, safety plans, and set design.
- Institutional Relations: managing relationships with the Public Administration (meetings, regulatory analysis, sponsorship proposals and requests).
- Human Resources Management: coordinating and training volunteer staff, assigning shifts and responsibilities (ownership).
- Guest Relations and Hospitality: managing communication with guests (email, coordination, provision of guidelines), logistics and hospitality management (accommodation reservations, transfers, and identifying food intolerances).
